"8-Octave Breathe & Sing Process (Daytime)": 8-Octave Vital Uplift System
The 8-Octave Breathe & Sing Process (Daytime)
This practical exercise is part of the Foundational Steps of the MyDoJe Inner Strength 8-Octave Elevation System, provided by Jelong and MyDoJe.com. Apply it right after waking up or during your breaks throughout the day to keep your body alert and filled with vital energy.
3 Simple Steps to Practice
Step 1: Turn on Your Phone to Listen to Blissful Music
Please search for songs containing the phrase “Jelong Blissful Mind Music” on the MyDoJe channel.
→ Goal: Listen to Jelong's live performance to absorb positive emotions and shower your mind with blissful energy.
Step 2: Breathe Deeply & Sing the Octave Notes
• Take a deep breath and hold it for 3 seconds.
• Sing quickly and continuously: [DO RE MI FA SOL LA SI/JE].
• Flush out all the remaining stale air from your chest (exhale deeply) for about 5 seconds.
→ Mechanism: Vocalizing sounds triggers the brain to focus better upon waking up. Simultaneously, Dopamine (the excitement hormone) is released to make you "alert and energized," while a mild boost in Endorphins elevates your spirit.
Step 3: Repeat the Process 8 Times (8 Octaves)
• Repeat this breathe-and-sing cycle continuously until you feel completely refreshed and uplifted, or complete exactly 8 rounds.
• Sing at a moderate or loud enough volume (without disturbing others) to help wake your system up faster using your normal everyday speaking pitch.
→ Note: Alternately switch the final note between SI and JE in each round to keep the experience engaging and stimulate brain freshness in the morning.
